1. The service
AMLReady is a self-directed practice test for individuals preparing for the CAMS® certification exam, offered by AMLReady. The service lets you take a full-length, timed practice test for free and, optionally, purchase a detailed diagnostic report of your results.
The service is a study aid only. It is not the CAMS® exam, is not a substitute for it, and does not register you for or grant any certification.
2. Account requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- You must provide an accurate email address and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Each account is for a single individual. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
3. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or systematically download the practice questions, answers, explanations, or any other content from the service.
- Share, resell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise redistribute the questions or content, in whole or in part, in any medium.
- Share your account or your login with anyone else.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with its operation, probe for vulnerabilities, or circumvent any security or access control (including the paywall on the diagnostic report).
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and may pursue any remedies available to us.
4. Intellectual property
The practice questions, explanations, diagnostic reports, software, design, and all other content on the service are the property of AMLReady or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The questions are original works authored by us.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your own exam preparation. You may not redistribute the content or use it for any commercial purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. ACAMS® trademark disclaimer
CAMS® is a registered trademark of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists ("ACAMS®"). AMLReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ACAMS®. All practice questions are original works written from public ACAMS exam objectives and publicly available AML/CFT regulations.
Any use of the term “CAMS” on this site refers only to the examination this service helps you prepare for, and is used solely for descriptive, nominative purposes.
6. Payment and refunds
The practice test is free to take. You only pay if you choose to unlock the detailed diagnostic report after seeing your score. The unlock is a one-time charge of $50 (USD), processed securely by Stripe.
Because the diagnostic content is delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final and no refunds are issued after unlock, except as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.
7. No warranty / no pass guarantee
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
AMLReady is a study tool, not a guarantee of any result. Taking or passing this practice test does not guarantee that you will pass the actual CAMS® exam, and we make no representations about your exam outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMLReady and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim — and in no event more than $50 (USD). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or where we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service, and you consent to venue there.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
